Bullshark Games Launches Doctor Dust Slot With Cascading Wins and Grid Boosters
Bullshark Games has released Doctor Dust, a new 5×5 cascading cluster slot set in a post-apocalyptic wasteland. The game became available on October 9, 2026, through Hacksaw Gaming’s OpenRGS platform.
Doctor Dust features a mysterious plague doctor collecting components across a ruined landscape. Players create winning clusters by matching four or more symbols, with winning symbols contributing toward unlocking special Grid Boosters.
The slot includes four Boosters: Clone, Switch, Wilds, and Power Line. These features can duplicate rows, transform symbols, add Wild symbols, or introduce multipliers across the grid.
Collecting 40 winning symbols during a base-game spin activates the Bonus Game, which begins with all four Boosters.
During the bonus, collecting at least eight winning symbols awards another spin and up to four additional Boosters, allowing the feature to continue as long as the requirement is met.
